Labor Views

Managing your labor is one of the most important aspects of making sure your jobs come in on budget.  With the Labor view you can see how well you are doing on your job based on your estimated labor dollars, hours and estimated cost per hour versus your actual numbers.

When your actual rate per hour exceeds your estimated rate per hour we highlight the amount in yellow to help you see where you may want to focus your attention.  If your actual rate per hour is less than your estimated rate then we highlight those amounts in green to let you know you are on target.

We also forecast where you will end up on each job or phase based on your current run rate of labor costs.

This view is also available at the phase and cost code level.
