In TCM JobView we have established security by Project Manager so the user only sees the jobs that they need to see. When setting up new users, we give you the ability to select the jobs and or the Project Manager that are available for a specific user.
You will need to be using the Project Manager field in the "work on jobs" section of TCM in order to use this functionality. Contact support if you have any questions.
